During this interactive program, participants will create and decorate their own ""worry jars"" as a tool for managing ruminating thoughts and spiraling negative thinking patterns.
Attendees will also learn practical stress management techniques and calming strategies designed to support mindfulness, emotional wellness, and relaxation in everyday life.
