Join us for low-impact exercises using resistance bands or light weights for stress reduction and an overall sense of well-being.
Join us for Jin Shin Jyutsu, a focus on self-care and leveraging the body’s innate ability to heal when the body, mind and spirit is in balance. In a gentle form of acupressure, the goal is to restore the flow of energy, which may be blocked due to illness or pain.
Join us in a Peaceful Practice for Life Class specializing in Spirituality
Also known as meditation in motion, register for our T’ai Chi Chih class on Tuesdays and explore physical, personal and spiritual health benefits through joyous, simple, fluid movements.
Join us for a yoga class, focusing on postures modified for your skill level and needs.
This class combines breath work with traditional yoga poses for peace of mind and increased flexibility. You will learn the benefits of how to use breathing for cleansing, detoxifying, strengthening, purifying, toning and refreshing. This exercise can be done on the floor or on a chair!
This support group is facilitated by Amy Kamenir, LPC for women diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer.

Join us for an educational workshop exploring life planning documents. Presented by Colleen M. Cunningham, Esq., topics include Power of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and Last Wills and Testaments. The workshop will be followed by a Q&A.
This session offers guidance to help you make decisions that reflect your values and preferences. Open to everyone, this workshop is a supportive way to learn the essentials and feel more prepared for the future.

This experiential circle provides an opportunity to tap into this energy for personal healing and relaxation. You will be guided through practices and meditations that focus on channeling healing energy to restore balance and promote general well-being. Our in reiki circle is suitable for individuals of all ages and physical conditions, and no prior experience is necessary.

Led by Dara Grzesh, the owner of Be Healthy Personal Trainer located in Piscataway. Dara has been a post rehab personal trainer for 16 years and has been working with the oncology community for the past five, this workshop combines hands-on exercises with educational duidance to help you move safelt and confidently. Whether you're looking to improce strength, modbility, or simply connect with others, this workshop provides a welcoming space to grow stronger together.
