Join Registered Dietitian, Hillary Sachs, for an engaging, discussion-based workshop exploring the role of protein in a plant-based lifestyle.
Participants will learn about daily protein needs and nutritional recommendations, discuss whether those needs can be met through a plant-based diet, and discover how plant-based eating may support overall health and wellness.
