Spend the day in Princeton, and join us for a heartfelt storytelling experience you won’t want to miss!
Please note, registration for each program is only required once every calendar year. If you have already registered for a program in 2024, you are automatically able to attend each session.

Join us for low-impact exercises using resistance bands or light weights for stress reduction and an overall sense of well-being.

Join us for Jin Shin Jyutsu, a focus on self-care and leveraging the body’s innate ability to heal when the body, mind and spirit is in balance. In a gentle form of acupressure, the goal is to restore the flow of energy, which may be blocked due to illness or pain.

We all have those childhood stories of the boogeyman in the closet. For individuals faced with a cancer diagnosis, there often comes the emotion of fear. This can be fear of recurrence, fear of starting treatment, or even fear of losing oneself in the process of navigating the diagnosis. Join Kyle Jachim, LSW, OSW-C as we have a group discussion of all the types of fear that may come with a cancer diagnosis and beyond and strategies to help cope.

Join us for a yoga class, focusing on postures modified for your skill level and needs.
October 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th | 9:30am- 10:30am
This class combines breath work with traditional yoga poses for peace of mind and increased flexibility. You will learn the benefits of how to use breathing for cleansing, detoxifying, strengthening, purifying, toning and refreshing. This exercise can be done on the floor or on a chair!

Únete a Crossroads4Hope para nuestras clases continuas de yoga, facilitadas por Nathalia Montoya Casanova, una instructora de yoga certificada. Estas clases están diseñadas para proporcionar una experiencia completa y accesible en yoga. Durante cada sesión, exploraremos diversas posturas de yoga y técnicas de respiración para apoyar su bienestar mental, emocional y físico. Con cada clase, tendrá la oportunidad de profundizar en su práctica, aprender nuevas habilidades y fortalecer la conexión cuerpo-mente. Nos reuniremos para crear un espacio seguro y acogedor donde los padres de habla hispana puedan conectarse entre sí y compartir sus experiencias únicas. Nuestra Especialista Certificada en Vida Infantil, Caitlin Novelli, y la Trabajadora Social Licenciada, Jessica Olivera, estarán disponibles para brindar recursos y apoyo según sea necesario. Este evento está abierto a todos los padres de habla hispana.

Join us for a spooktacular educational event. This event is open for kids/teens ages 6-16 and will be facilitated by Crossroads4Hope’s Youth and Families Program Coordinator and Certified Child Life Specialist, Caitlin Novelli. We will use hands-on activities with materials like building blocks and playdough to make learning about cancer not so scary at all.

Tap into that quiet place inside, feeling more grounded, centered and less distracted from outside influences. In this space, a sense of calm and peace can be realized allowing for clearer decision making and action — or no action. Participants can select one or both programs. The retreat will conclude with participants gathering for a brown bag lunch (everyone will bring their own). No experience is needed and paper will be provided.
