Also known as meditation in motion, register for our T’ai Chi Chih class on Tuesdays and explore physical, personal and spiritual health benefits through joyous, simple, fluid movements.
Join us for Jin Shin Jyutsu, a focus on self-care and leveraging the body’s innate ability to heal when the body, mind and spirit is in balance. In a gentle form of acupressure, the goal is to restore the flow of energy, which may be blocked due to illness or pain.

This class combines breath work with traditional yoga poses for peace of mind and increased flexibility. You will learn the benefits of how to use breathing for cleansing, detoxifying, strengthening, purifying, toning and refreshing. This exercise can be done on the floor or on a chair!

This is an educational workshop, we will discuss common long term side effects that people may be facing after cancer treatment such as fatigue and brain fog and dispel common nutrition myths. We will also discuss how to evaluate nutrition claims and supplements. This is open to all!
