Join Crossroads4Hope and Registered Dietitian Beth Conlon of From the Start Nutrition to discuss questions about your family’s nutrition and mealtime dynamics. Submit your questions to hear tips and suggestions to leave you feeling empowered.

Learn about four essential legal documents – Last Will and Testament, Living Will, Financial Power of Attorney, and Medical Power of Attorney. Discuss and receive practical guidance on how to complete these documents with your values and priorities in mind.

Únete a CR4H para un taller transformador sobre Acupresión para Calmar tu Sistema Nervioso, dirigido por Chia Gemmato, instructora de yoga certificada y experta en bienestar. Chia te guiará a través de la teoría y la práctica, introduciéndote en la acupresión, una técnica ancestral de sanación que promueve la relajación al aplicar presión en puntos específicos en el cuerpo.

Join us for a transformative workshop on Intuitive Eating, a mindful, non-diet approach to nourishing your body. Learn how cancer may affect your natural hunger cues and discover practical tips for reconnecting with your body’s needs. You’ll also engage in hands-on activities to help you practice intuitive eating in your daily life.

Please note, registration for each program is only required once every calendar year. If you have already registered for a program in 2025, you are automatically able to attend each session.

Wellness Workout

Join us for low-impact exercises using resistance bands or light weights for stress reduction and an overall sense of well-being.

Tuesdays

Balance, Harmony, Flow:
Jin Shin Jyutsu

March 4th, 25th | 9:30am-10:30am

Join us for Jin Shin Jyutsu, a focus on self-care and leveraging the body’s innate ability to heal when the body, mind and spirit is in balance. In a gentle form of acupressure, the goal is to restore the flow of energy, which may be blocked due to illness or pain.

Yoga Class

Join us for a yoga class, focusing on postures modified for your skill level and needs. 

Wednesdays

Yoga, Breathe & Balance

March 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th | 9:30am-10:30am

This class combines breath work with traditional yoga poses for peace of mind and increased flexibility. You will learn the benefits of how to use breathing for cleansing, detoxifying, strengthening, purifying, toning and refreshing. This exercise can be done on the floor or on a chair! 

Yoga para el Bienestar

Únete a Crossroads4Hope para nuestras clases continuas de yoga, facilitadas por Nathalia Montoya Casanova, una instructora de yoga certificada.  Estas clases están diseñadas para proporcionar una experiencia completa y accesible en yoga. Durante cada sesión, exploraremos diversas posturas de yoga y técnicas de respiración para apoyar su bienestar mental, emocional y físico. Con cada clase, tendrá la oportunidad de profundizar en su práctica, aprender nuevas habilidades y fortalecer la conexión cuerpo-mente. La inscripción está abierta a todos y las clases se realizarán en español.

Reiki, a spiritual energy, is a gentle “laying of the hands” healing process that reduces stress, balances emotions, and enhances overall well-being. Our Reiki Instructor will guide us to foster the body’s ability to heal itself in this class. Sign up today!
