HEALTHY EATING SEMINAR

March 7th| 8pm | Zoom

Join us for an informative presentation on healthy eating habits that are practical for families and reduce the risk of cancer, led by our Registered Dietitian and Certified Oncology Nutrition Specialist, Hillary B. Sachs. This event is free, open to everyone, and will be in both English and Spanish translations.

T'AI CHI CHIH

YOGA CLASS

Join us for a yoga class, focusing on postures modified for your skill level and needs. 

BALANCE, HARMONY, FLOW:
JIN SHIN JYUTSU

Join us for Jin Shin Jyutsu, a focus on self-care and leveraging the body’s innate ability to heal when the body, mind and spirit is in balance. In a gentle form of acupressure, the goal is to restore the flow of energy, which may be blocked due to illness or pain.

YOGA, BREATHE & BALANCE

March 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th. | 9:30am- 10:30am

This class combines breath work with traditional yoga poses for peace of mind and increased flexibility. You will learn the benefits of how to use breathing for cleansing, detoxifying, strengthening, purifying, toning and refreshing. This exercise can be done on the floor or on a chair! 

THURSDAYS

MOVE AND TONE

March 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th. | 9am- 10am

Combines 30 minutes of simple dance moves and 30 minutes of basic weight and resistance band moves.

Reiki, a spiritual energy, is a gentle “laying of the hands” healing process that reduces stress, balances emotions, and enhances overall well-being. Kristine O’Hare, Certified Reiki Master, will guide us to foster the body’s ability to heal itself. Limited spots available!

In Part 1, have fun creating your one-of-a-kind piece to be fired in our electric kiln to prepare it for glazing. In Part 2, express your creativity by glazing your unique piece using a variety of glazes and underglazes.
