Virtual Programs This July

Please note, registration for each program is only required once every calendar year. If you have already registered for a program in 2024, you are automatically able to attend each session.  


Wellness Workout

July 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th | 6pm-7pm

Join us for low-impact exercises using resistance bands or light weights for stress reduction and an overall sense of well-being.


Peaceful Practices

July 2nd, 9th, 16th, 30th*| 11am- 12pm

T'ai Chi Chih

July 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th* | 12:30pm-1:30pm

Also known as meditation in motion, register for our T’ai Chi Chih class on Tuesdays and explore physical, personal and spiritual health benefits through joyous, simple, fluid movements.

Yoga Class

July 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th | 6:30pm-7:30pm

Join us for a yoga class, focusing on postures modified for your skill level and needs. 

Balance, Harmony, Flow:
Jin Shin Jyutsu

July 9th, 23rd | 9:30am- 10:30am

Join us for Jin Shin Jyutsu, a focus on self-care and leveraging the body’s innate ability to heal when the body, mind and spirit is in balance. In a gentle form of acupressure, the goal is to restore the flow of energy, which may be blocked due to illness or pain. 


Yoga, Breathe & Balance

July 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st | 9:30am- 10:30am

This class combines breath work with traditional yoga poses for peace of mind and increased flexibility. You will learn the benefits of how to use breathing for cleansing, detoxifying, strengthening, purifying, toning and refreshing. This exercise can be done on the floor or on a chair! 


Move and Tone

July 11th, 18th, 25th | 9am- 10am

Combines 30 minutes of simple dance moves and 30 minutes of basic weight and resistance band moves. 

Managing Nutrition Beyond Cancer Treatment

July 18th | 7:30pm- 8:30pm | English & Spanish

Presented by Hillary Sachs, MS, RD, CSO, dietitian at Crossroads4Hope in both English and Spanish. This is an educational workshop, we will discuss common long term side effects that people may be facing after cancer treatment such as fatigue and brain fog and dispel common nutrition myths. We will also discuss how to evaluate nutrition claims and supplements. This is open to all!

Join Joelle, a group fitness instructor certified by the American Council on Exercise, to learn how stretching is a vital component of wellness. Please wear comfortable clothing and come take the first step toward a more flexible you!

Day of Peace & Practice: Journaling and T'ai Chi Chih

Reiki Circle
