This class combines breath work with traditional yoga poses for peace of mind and increased flexibility. You will learn the benefits of how to use breathing for cleansing, detoxifying, strengthening, purifying, toning and refreshing. This exercise can be done on the floor or on a chair!

Move and Tone (Thursday)

Combines 30 minutes of simple dance moves and 30 minutes of basic weight and resistance band moves.

Join us for Jin Shin Jyutsu, a focus on self-care and leveraging the body’s innate ability to heal when the body, mind and spirit is in balance. In a gentle form of acupressure, the goal is to restore the flow of energy, which may be blocked due to illness or pain.

We all have those childhood stories of the boogeyman in the closet. For individuals faced with a cancer diagnosis, there often comes the emotion of fear. This can be fear of recurrence, fear of starting treatment, or even fear of losing oneself in the process of navigating the diagnosis. Join Kyle Jachim, LSW, OSW-C as we have a group discussion of all the types of fear that may come with a cancer diagnosis and beyond, and strategies to help cope.
