Also known as meditation in motion, register for our T’ai Chi Chih class on Tuesdays and explore physical, personal and spiritual health benefits through joyous, simple, fluid movements.

Join us for a calming, nature-based experience led by Dr. Michael Stubblefield. Birding4Hope introduces participants to the practice of bird watching, or birding, which involves observing birds in their natural world.
During this in-person walk around the Crossroads4Hope campus, attendees will explore outdoor spaces while learning how to identify different bird species by their appearance, behavior, and calls.
Using tools such as field guides, or mobile apps, participants will be guided through a mindful experience that encourages slowing down, connecting with nature, and enjoying the simple practice of observation.
Join us for a yoga class, focusing on postures modified for your skill level and needs.
This class combines breath work with traditional yoga poses for peace of mind and increased flexibility. You will learn the benefits of how to use breathing for cleansing, detoxifying, strengthening, purifying, toning and refreshing. This exercise can be done on the floor or on a chair!
This support group is facilitated by Amy Kamenir, LPC for women diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer.
Discover the transformative power of Reiki, an ancient healing art that harmonizes mind, body, and spirit. This experiential circle provides an opportunity to tap into this energy for personal healing and relaxation. You will be guided through practices and meditations that focus on channeling healing energy to restore balance and promote general well-being. Our in reiki circle is suitable for individuals of all ages and physical conditions, and no prior experience is necessary.
Join us in this nurturing space to share and receive Reiki and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and more in tune with your inner peace. No special attire is required - just bring an open mind and a willingness to heal.
This support group is facilitated by Dr. Marc Geller, PsyD for men diagnosed with any type of cancer at any stage.
Combines 30 minutes of simple dance moves and 30 minutes of basic weight and resistance band moves.

Join us for a creative and reflective workshop designed to help participants express themselves through art and storytelling. Centered around themes of encouragement and strength, this program offers a supportive outlet for exploring and verbalizing thoughts, feelings, and memories in a meaningful way.
Participants will create personalized collages using everyday items and keepsakes to document meaningful moments and experiences. By transforming ordinary objects into creative expressions, attendees can explore mindfulness, self-reflection, and the importance of finding meaning in everyday life.
Members are encouraged to bring personal items they would like to incorporate into their collage creations.

Únase a nosotros en un taller educativo enfocado en la concientización, prevención y detección temprana del cáncer de piel. Esta sesión informativa explorará los diferentes tipos de cáncer de piel, los factores de riesgo más comunes y las principales señales de advertencia a las que debemos prestar atención.
Los participantes también aprenderán sobre los ABCDE del melanoma y comprenderán la importancia de realizarse exámenes regulares de la piel para una detección temprana. Además, el taller compartirá estrategias prácticas de protección solar y consejos de prevención para el cuidado diario y la salud de la piel a largo plazo.
