Birding4Hope

Crossroads4Hope 3 Crossroads Dr, Bedminster, NJ, United States

Registration closes on July 21 @ 5:00 PM

Join us for a calming, nature-based experience led by Dr. Michael Stubblefield. Birding4Hope introduces participants to the practice of bird watching, or birding, which involves observing birds in their natural world.

During this in-person walk around the Crossroads4Hope campus, attendees will explore outdoor spaces while learning how to identify different bird species by their appearance, behavior, and calls.

Using tools such as field guides, or mobile apps, participants will be guided through a mindful experience that encourages slowing down, connecting with nature, and enjoying the simple practice of observation.

Crafting Calm

Registration closes on July 22 @ 5:00 PM

Join us for a creative and reflective workshop designed to help participants express themselves through art and storytelling. Centered around themes of encouragement and strength, this program offers a supportive outlet for exploring and verbalizing thoughts, feelings, and memories in a meaningful way.

Participants will create personalized collages using everyday items and keepsakes to document meaningful moments and experiences. By transforming ordinary objects into creative expressions, attendees can explore mindfulness, self-reflection, and the importance of finding meaning in everyday life.

Members are encouraged to bring personal items they would like to incorporate into their collage creations.
