Life after a cancer diagnosis or the loss of a loved one can feel unfamiliar and overwhelming. Together we’ll look at how to navigate the reality that life doesn’t simply return to “before,” and discover tools to adapt to change. Participants will learn healthy ways to acknowledge and carry complex emotions, while exploring approaches to rediscover purpose and meaning. A short, guided group discussion will close the program, fostering support and shared understanding.
