Our in reiki circle is suitable for individuals of all ages and physical conditions, and no prior experience is necessary.

After breast cancer treatment, many survivors are left with questions about how to best support their body moving forward--from rebuilding strength and managing weight changes to supporting bone health and overall wellness.
In this interactive session, oncology dietitian Hillary Sachs, MS, RD, CSO, will answer member questions and demonstrate simple, nourishing recipes designed to support survivorship. Participants are encouraged to come prepared with questions or submit them ahead of time.
