Join us for low-impact exercises using resistance bands or light weights for stress reduction and an overall sense of well-being.
Join us for Jin Shin Jyutsu, a focus on self-care and leveraging the body’s innate ability to heal when the body, mind and spirit is in balance. In a gentle form of acupressure, the goal is to restore the flow of energy, which may be blocked due to illness or pain.

Also known as meditation in motion, register for our T’ai Chi Chih class on Tuesdays and explore physical, personal and spiritual health benefits through joyous, simple, fluid movements.
Join us for a yoga class, focusing on postures modified for your skill level and needs.
This class combines breath work with traditional yoga poses for peace of mind and increased flexibility. You will learn the benefits of how to use breathing for cleansing, detoxifying, strengthening, purifying, toning and refreshing. This exercise can be done on the floor or on a chair!
This support group is facilitated by Amy Kamenir, LPC for women diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer.
Combines 30 minutes of simple dance moves and 30 minutes of basic weight and resistance band moves.

This restorative nature-based practice, also known as Shinrin-yoku, includes guided meditation and a calming tea ceremony to reduce stress, enhance mood, and support overall well-being.
