Get ready to move, groove, and have fun with Crossroads4Hope and certified LaBlast Dance instructor Denel Bingel! This energetic dance fitness class combines great music with a variety of dance styles — including swing, tango, waltz, and salsa — to create a fun, full-body workout that is accessible and enjoyable for all.
Participants of all ages, fitness levels, and dance abilities are welcome in this supportive and encouraging environment.
In addition to promoting physical wellness, LaBlast helps support mental fitness by engaging the brain through new rhythms and movement patterns.
Delivered in English, this class invites you to let go of stress, connect with your emotions, and enjoy the power of movement through music.
Join us for Jin Shin Jyutsu, a focus on self-care and leveraging the body’s innate ability to heal when the body, mind and spirit is in balance. In a gentle form of acupressure, the goal is to restore the flow of energy, which may be blocked due to illness or pain.
This support group is facilitated by Amy Kamenir, LPC for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one due to cancer.
