Crossroads4Hope and Kesem are teaming up for a one-of-a-kind, in-person event designed for kids and teens impacted by cancer.
Open to ages 6-18, this fun-filled event features interactive games and activities that spark connection, laughter, and friendship. Participants will have the chance to meet other kids who truly understand what they're going through--all in a supportive, welcoming environment where they can relax and just be kids.
As part of Kesem's Better Days initiative, this program brings the magic of Kesem directly into the community, offering meaningful, joy-centered programming in familiar, accessible settings.

Join us for a yoga class, focusing on postures modified for your skill level and needs.
This class combines breath work with traditional yoga poses for peace of mind and increased flexibility. You will learn the benefits of how to use breathing for cleansing, detoxifying, strengthening, purifying, toning and refreshing. This exercise can be done on the floor or on a chair!

Our in reiki circle is suitable for individuals of all ages and physical conditions, and no prior experience is necessary.

Step into a deeply relaxing Sound Bathing experience, led by Steph Mangioglu. This immersive session uses meditation and singing bowls to create calming vibrations that support rest, grounding, and emotional release.
Participants will be welcomed with instructions and a brief explanation of the sound bathing journey, followed by a grounding exercise to prepare the body and mind. The core of the session includes 20-30 minutes of immersive sound bathing, ending with a reflective wrap-up and conversation around aftercare to support continued well-being.
