Feeling stressed or low on energy?
Join us for a relaxing and empowering hour with energy coach Michael Pankow and learn how something as simple as your breath can make a huge difference. You’ll be guided through the 36 Conscious Breaths technique—a gentle and effective practice from Jin Shin Jyutsu®, an ancient healing art often called “acupuncture without needles.”
This one-hour workshop will show you how to breathe more intentionally to ease anxiety, sleep more deeply, and feel more energized—plus you’ll walk away with practical self-care tools you can use anytime.
Just bring yourself and an open mind—we’ll take care of the rest.
Join us for low-impact exercises using resistance bands or light weights for stress reduction and an overall sense of well-being.
