Cancer and its treatments--including chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, and surgery--can lead to muscle loss, weight changes, fatigue, and decreased physical function. This interdisciplinary program offers coordinated nutrition guidance, physical rehabilitation strategies, and psychosocial support to help participants maintain strength, improve quality of life, and better navigate treatment-related changes. Grounded in a whole-person approach, this session provides practical tools and supportive resources for those experiencing the physical and emotional impacts of cancer.

Join us for Rooted in Hope, a gentle Forest Bathing session with certified guide Richard Collins, held on the Crossroads4Hope campus. This restorative nature-based practice, also known as Shinrin-yoku, includes guided meditation and a calming tea ceremony to reduce stress, enhance mood, and support overall well-being. No special equipment or experience needed!

As part of our Planning for Peace of Mind Workshop Series, please join us for an educational workshop exploring life planning documents. Presented by Kate Mirett, Esq., topics include Power of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and Last Wills and Testaments. The workshop will be followed by a Q&A.
This session offers guidance to help you make decisions that reflect your values and preferences. Open to everyone, this workshop is a supportive way to learn the essentials and feel more prepared for the future.
