Join us for Rooted in Hope, a gentle and healing Forest Bathing session with certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Richard Collins, held right on the Crossroads4Hope campus. This restorative practice—also known as Shinrin-yoku, or Nature Therapy—invites you to slow down, awaken your senses, and connect deeply with nature through guided, meditative exploration. Forest Bathing has been shown to reduce stress, enhance mood, and support overall well-being. The session includes a grounding meditation to help you feel embodied and present and concludes with a calming tea ceremony for reflection and restoration. No special equipment or fitness level needed, just come as you are and let nature support your healing journey.
