Also known as meditation in motion, register for our T’ai Chi Chih class on Tuesdays and explore physical, personal and spiritual health benefits through joyous, simple, fluid movements.
Join us for a yoga class, focusing on postures modified for your skill level and needs.
This class combines breath work with traditional yoga poses for peace of mind and increased flexibility. You will learn the benefits of how to use breathing for cleansing, detoxifying, strengthening, purifying, toning and refreshing. This exercise can be done on the floor or on a chair!

Step into the world of LaBlast Dance - a dynamic fitness program that makes fitness fun and accessible for everyone. In this class, led by Denel, a certified LaBlast instructor, you will learn a variety of dance styles, including Cha Cha, Salsa, and Jive, while engaging in an effective full-body workout. LaBlast Dance is designed to improve cardiovascular health, boost endurance and enhance coordination, all while having fun. Our session provides easy-to-follow choreography that caters to all fitness levels and dance ability. No special attire is needed - just come ready to dance your way to a healthier, happier you!.
