Join us for Jin Shin Jyutsu, a focus on self-care and leveraging the body’s innate ability to heal when the body, mind and spirit is in balance. In a gentle form of acupressure, the goal is to restore the flow of energy, which may be blocked due to illness or pain.Â

This experiential circle provides an opportunity to tap into this energy for personal healing and relaxation. You will be guided through practices and meditations that focus on channeling healing energy to restore balance and promote general well-being. Our in reiki circle is suitable for individuals of all ages and physical conditions, and no prior experience is necessary. Join us in this nurturing space to share and receive Reiki and leave feeling refreshed balanced and more in tune with your inner peace. No special attire is required - just bring an open mind and willingness to heal.
