LaBlast Dance is designed to improve cardiovascular health, boost endurance and enhance coordination, all while having fun. Our session provides easy-to-follow choreography that caters to all fitness levels and dance ability. No special attire is needed - just come ready to dance your way to a healthier, happier you!.
