Combines 30 minutes of simple dance moves and 30 minutes of basic weight and resistance band moves. 

Balance Harmony Flow: Jin Shin Jyutsu (Thursday)

Join us for Jin Shin Jyutsu, a focus on self-care and leveraging the body’s innate ability to heal when the body, mind and spirit is in balance. In a gentle form of acupressure, the goal is to restore the flow of energy, which may be blocked due to illness or pain.

Bereavement (Thursday Mornings)

This support group is facilitated by Amy Kamenir, LPC for anyone grieving the loss of a loved one due to cancer.
