Take a break from the everyday and reconnect with yourself during this day of mindful activities. Whether you’re seeking to feel more grounded, centered, or reflective, this event is for YOU!

Start with a guided journaling session to spark introspection, or dive into T'ai Chi Chih—a calming, mindful movement meditation that promotes balance, energy, and peace. Feel free to join one or both!

The day will wrap up with lunch (bring your own) as we reflect on personal renewal. No experience or special attire needed.

Join us for a yoga class, focusing on postures modified for your skill level and needs. 

Yoga Breathe & Balance

This class combines breath work with traditional yoga poses for peace of mind and increased flexibility. You will learn the benefits of how to use breathing for cleansing, detoxifying, strengthening, purifying, toning and refreshing. This exercise can be done on the floor or on a chair! 

Advanced Breast Cancer

This support group is facilitated by Amy Kamenir, LPC for women diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer.

Move and Tone (Thursday)

Combines 30 minutes of simple dance moves and 30 minutes of basic weight and resistance band moves.

Caregiver Support Group

This support group is facilitated by our Social Work Manager: Kyle Jachim, MSW, LSW, OSW-C, and is open to anyone who is a caregiver for a loved one with cancer.

Wellness Workout (Evening)

Join us for low-impact exercises using resistance bands or light weights for stress reduction and an overall sense of well-being.

Survivorship Support Group

This support group is facilitated by our Director of Social Work: Rachael Shuster, LCSW, OSW-C, and is open to anyone in post-treatment.

Durante cada sesión, exploraremos diversas posturas de yoga y técnicas de respiración para apoyar su bienestar mental, emocional y físico. Con cada clase, tendrá la oportunidad de profundizar en su práctica, aprender nuevas habilidades y fortalecer la conexión cuerpo-mente. In this class, led by Denel, a certified LaBlast instructor, you will learn a variety of dance styles, including Cha Cha, Salsa, and Jive, while engaging in an effective full-body workout. LaBlast Dance is designed to improve cardiovascular health, boost endurance and enhance coordination, all while having fun. Our session provides easy-to-follow choreography that caters to all fitness levels and dance ability. No special attire is needed - just come ready to dance your way to a healthier, happier you!.

Living With Cancer Support Group

This support group is facilitated by our Social Work Manager: Kyle Jachim, MSW, LSW, OSW-C, and is open to anyone with a diagnosis at any stage and/or any gender.

Balance Harmony Flow: Jin Shin Jyutsu

Join us for Jin Shin Jyutsu, a focus on self-care and leveraging the body's innate ability to heal when the body, mind and spirit is in balance. In a gentle form of acupressure, the goal is to restore the flow of energy, which may be blocked due to illness or pain.
