Please note: The Men's Cancer Support Group will operate on the following rotating schedule each month: the first session will be in person on Tuesday, with an option to attend virtually. The second and third sessions will be held on Wednesdays and will be virtual only.

In this class, led by Denel, a certified LaBlast instructor, you will learn a variety of dance styles, including Cha Cha, Salsa, and Jive, while engaging in an effective full-body workout. LaBlast Dance is designed to improve cardiovascular health, boost endurance and enhance coordination, all while having fun. Our session provides easy-to-follow choreography that caters to all fitness levels and dance ability. No special attire is needed - just come ready to dance your way to a healthier, happier you!
