Our in reiki circle is suitable for individuals of all ages and physical conditions, and no prior experience is necessary. Join us in this nurturing space to share and receive Reiki and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and more in tune with your inner peace. Struggling with “chemo brain”? You’re not alone— find clearer thinking, real connection, proven strategies to help improve your brain function and your overall wellbeing! Join Crossroads4Hope and Tamsin Metzler, Certified Social Worker and Dementia Care Professional, for a powerful class designed to help you improve your brain function, improve concentration, boost memory, sharpen thinking, and support your wellness. During the session you will have the opportunity to practice exercises and learn habits that can support the brain before, during, and after illness, and offer strategies to better manage “chemo brain.” The session will close with a stress-relief guided meditation, leaving participants empowered on their wellness journey.
