We encourage you to bring your questions, concerns, and stories as we dive into practical advice and strategies for sibling support.

Our in reiki circle is suitable for individuals of all ages and physical conditions, and no prior experience is necessary. Join us in this nurturing space to share and receive Reiki and leave feeling refreshed balanced and more in tune with your inner peace. In this class, led by Denel, a certified LaBlast instructor, you will learn a variety of dance styles, including Cha Cha, Salsa, and Jive, while engaging in an effective full-body workout. LaBlast Dance is designed to improve cardiovascular health, boost endurance and enhance coordination, all while having fun. Our session provides easy-to-follow choreography that caters to all fitness levels and dance ability. No special attire is needed - just come ready to dance your way to a healthier, happier you!.

Join Crossroads4Hope for a fun and creative virtual event where we’ll help kids explore and manage their worries. We'll begin by listening to the story Don’t Feed the WorryBug by Andi Green, which teaches us how to prevent our worries from taking over.
Then, we’ll create our own personalized worry jars using simple household materials—a special place to store and release those worries! And, a perfect way to help kids express their feelings and tell the WorryBug to buzz off!
