This program highlights foods that support a healthy microbiome for GI health and how that translates to cancer prevention and treatment. We will discuss probiotics, prebiotics, and fiber intake to fuel a happy healthy gut. There will be an education presentation followed by a virtual LIVE cooking demonstration both led by registered dietitians.
