Join Crossroads4Hope at The Center for Contemporary Arts for a creative and therapeutic Neurographic Art Workshop led by award-winning artist Danielle D'Amico. Neurographic art is a meditative drawing technique designed to engage and strengthen the neurons in our brains, connecting the conscious and subconscious mind, leaving us feeling positive, mindful and less stressed. In this hands-on workshop, you'll explore the process of creating abstract designs and discover how art can serve as a powerful tool for well-being.
