Blend Your Way To Wellness: Nourishing Smoothies and Healthy Dips

Crossroads4Hope Registered Dietician, Hillary Sachs, will host an in-person food demonstration workshop at East Rutherford Library. The workshop will focus on cancer prevention and teach attendees how to make delicious smoothies and dips. This event is free and open to everyone!

Women's Health Event
