Outreach Initiative

Crossroads4Hope is embedded in the community, providing navigation and resources as well as essential professionally-led emotional and social support services to people with cancer, survivors, family members, and caregivers.  Regardless of a person’s cancer site, stage, treatment center, insurance, or income, people on a cancer journey can turn to us whenever they need us.

    Partnering with Local Communities

Thanks to partnerships with local community organizations our Outreach Team provides educational programs, access to screenings, and nutritional workshops to activate individuals to achieve the best possible health outcomes.

    Gladiator Program

Crossroads4Hope is transferring relevant knowledge and skills to trusted stakeholders in communities through our Gladiator Initiative. This program increases the ability of individuals in these networks to act as “first responders,” or Health Champions, providing the initial response and support and making referrals to our wrap around psychosocial support and MyGo2Support.
