This class combines breath work with traditional yoga poses for peace of mind and increased flexibility. You will learn the benefits of how to use breathing for cleansing, detoxifying, strengthening, purifying, toning and refreshing. This exercise can be done on the floor or on a chair!Â
Join Crossroads4Hope for a fun and creative virtual event where we’ll help kids explore and manage their worries. We'll begin by listening to the story Don’t Feed the WorryBug by Andi Green, which teaches us how to prevent our worries from taking over.
Then, we’ll create our own personalized worry jars using simple household materials—a special place to store and release those worries! And, a perfect way to help kids express their feelings and tell the WorryBug to buzz off!
