Clubhouse at Home: Gratitude Tree

 

Supplies

-Tree Branches (Real of Fake)

-Vase or Flower Pot

-Florist Foam

-Autumn Colored Construction or Scrapbook Paper

-Twine

-Leaf-Shaped Punch OR Cut Pieces of Paper into Leaf Shapes (you can print and trace an internet image)

-Glue Stick

-Scissors

 

Instructions

1. Cut florist foam to fit the bottom of vase/flower pot and add the branches.
2. Cut out leaves.
3. Cut 4” lengths of twine. Attach to the base of each leaf using a glue stick.

 

 

4. Jot down the things you are thankful for on your leaves and hang them on the tree!
